Molly stumbled upon me sometime last year when searching for a wedding photographer, and I am so so glad that she did! I always try to meet with my brides in person a few times before their wedding day, but because of timing and Molly moving back to Pennsylvania, our communication was only over the phone and through email for the months prior to her and Daniel’s wedding day. There can be nerves when rolling into a venue and saying. “Hey, we’ve never met in person, but I hope you trust me to capture the biggest day of your life!” but Molly and Daniel were both so warm and welcoming that it didn’t matter. They felt like friends from the start!
Cranberry Township, PA (just outside of Pittsburg) was such a fun little place to travel to for this wedding. The venue was decked out with sparkly lights and Molly and Daniel were just SO ready to get married. There is usually at least one moment at every wedding where I get a little teary eyed, but I think this time there were about 6 moments from the father daughter dance ( Molly’s dad can dance!) and words of answered prayers to a video message from grandparents who couldn’t make the trip, but dressed up and and had a toast in their own living room to the newlywed couple.
Congratulations, Molly and Daniel! You have such a beautiful Christ-centered relationship and it was so evident throughout the course of your wedding day. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a lovely day!
